By participating in the BANO SKOLAR Program,you consent to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Registration and communication

By registering for the scholarship program, you authorize Bano Skolar to add your email to the newsletter subscription list. You also permit us to send regular email newsletters to your registered email id. Additionally, you authorize us to send promotional emails and SMS to your registered email ID and mobile number.
Using our Site or Apps includes, but is not limited to, creating an account, purchasing and using Digital Content, posting a review, or otherwise accessing and using any interactive features on our website/application.
You understand and agree that Bano Skolar may send you communications regarding the scholarship program, including updates, notifications, and promotional offers.

Content usage and intellectual property

The Content on our site/application, including Digital Content and other products and services available for purchase, is the protected work of Bano Skolar or our suppliers. No Content from this site/application may be copied, republished, duplicated, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way other than as expressly permitted.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the Content belong to Bano Skolar or our suppliers. You agree not to infringe upon these rights and to respect the intellectual property of others.
You may use the Digital Content provided through the scholarship program solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. Any unauthorized use or distribution of Digital Content may result in immediate termination of your participation in the scholarship program.

Eligibility criteria

Student from 1st to 12th standard of State Board/CBSE/ICSE is eligible to participate for exam.
The candidates must be pursuing education from Government/Local Body/Government-aided schools in Maharashtra state.
The scheme will not provide reservations for different categories of students.
Age restrictions apply to align with the respective standard. For instance, for the first standard, children aged 6-7 or turning that age before a specified date are eligible. Students falling outside the specified age range are kindly requested to consider participating in the scholarship exam corresponding to their next age group, as per the age and grade specifications determined by the educational authorities.
For 1st Std: 6-7 years, 2nd Std: 7-8 years, 3rd Std: 8-9 years,4th Std: 9-10 years, 5th Std: 10-11 years,6th Std: 11-12 years,7th Std: 12-13 years, 8th Std:13-14 years,9th std: 14-15 years,10th Std:15-16 years,11th std: 16-17years, 12th std: 17-18 years.

Application process

Interested students need to fill out an online application form provided website of the scholarship exam.
The applicant will be required to submit supporting documents such as Students will have to present documents, such as School ID card, or a government recognized Identify card will justify the age and class of the student.
Interested students must submit a complete application by the specified deadline. Failure to submit all required documents may result in disqualification.
All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of any information may result in immediate disqualification.

Application fees

Application fee: The application fee for each student should be set at Rs.500 per student.
Payment method: The application fee should be paid through the designated payment methods. These includes online payment gateways i.e. UPI, Debit Card and Net Banking only.
Fee deadline: The deadline for payment of the application should be (DATE) It is essential to submit application before (DATE)
Non-refundable: The application fee should be clearly stated as non-refundable. Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded. All purchases and payments made towards the scholarship program are deemed final and non-refundable.
Confirmation of payment: Applicants will receive confirmation of payment after successfully submitting their application fee. This confirmation can be in the form of an email or an acknowledgment on the online application portal.
Payment discrepancies: In case of any discrepancies or issues related to the payment, applicants should be provided with a contact point (such as an email address or helpline) to seek assistance and resolve the matter. Fee updates: In the event of any changes to the application fee, such as adjustments in the amount or payment methods, applicants should be notified promptly through official channels. This can be done via the scholarship exam website, Email, WhatsApp, SMS communications.
Disqualification for non-payment: Failure to submit the application fee within the specified deadline may result in disqualification from participating in the scholarship exam. Applicants should be made aware of this consequence to ensure timely payment.

Examination formats

The scholarship exam will consist of only one round, which will be a physical exam conducted either online or at designated examination centers.
The questions will cover various subjects or topics relevant to the respective grade levels.
The question paper will be different for each grade level, specifically tailored to the subjects and topics relevant to that particular standard.

Examination structure

Test structure: The scholarship exam will consist of a comprehensive test designed to assess the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the participants as per grade of the student. Syllabus will be different as per grade of student from 1st std to 12th std.
Subject coverage: The exam will cover relevant subjects or topics based on the scholarship program's focus or the educational level of the participants. These subjects may include mathematics, science, English language, Logical reasoning, General knowledge or any specific subject area related to the scholarship's field of study.
Test types: The exam may consist of different types of questions to evaluate various skills and abilities.
Test duration: The exam will have duration within which participants must complete all the questions. The duration may vary depending on the complexity of the exam and the level of the participants which will be declared before the practice test.
Marking scheme: The exam will have a predetermined marking scheme to evaluate and score the participants' responses. The marking scheme may assign different weights to various question types or specific sections of the exam.

Scoring and grading

The participants' performance in the exam will be assessed based on their scores. The exam may use a percentile ranking or a grading scale to determine the performance level of each participant relative to other candidates.
Scoring system: This is based on a numerical scale, such as out of 100 or 200, or a percentage scale.

Terms and conditions modifications

The organizing body reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the scholarship exam at any time.
Any changes or updates will be communicated to the participants through the scholarship exam website or email.
All national, state, local laws and regulations apply.
Any false information provided within the context of the competition by participant will be disqualified.
The Bano Skolar is not responsible for any difficulties faced by the participant at the time of the exam e.g., Electricity, internet issue or any other technical issue from your end.
No request for the change in date, venue, and time for exam will be entertained.

Scholarship award

The scholarship program will award a designated number of scholarships to the selected students.
The scholarship result will be announced after 60 days of examination in all regions and The scholarship amount will be awarded to the deserving recipients after result declaration.
The value of the scholarships, including cash prizes and other benefits may vary based on the program's guidelines and available funds.
The scholarship funds will be disbursed according to the program's policies, which may include direct payment to educational institutions or individuals.
Recipients may be required to provide proof of enrollment in an educational institution before receiving the scholarship funds.

Exam administration

The date of the scholarship exam is scheduled in March, April , May 2024 as per the region.
The scholarship exam can be conducted at designated examination centers. In the case of an online exam, participants will be provided with login credentials and instructions to access the exam platform.
For offline exams, participants will be assigned to specific examination venues.

Exam security

Measures should be taken to ensure the integrity and security of the exam, including preventing cheating or any form of misconduct.
This may involve invigilators or proctors to monitor the exam conditions, as well as technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.

Double-checking and moderation

The grading process does not include double-checking and moderation

Confidentiality

The grading and checking process will be conducted in a confidential manner to maintain the integrity of the exam. Only authorized personnel involved in the evaluation process will have access to the participants' answers and scores.

Result compilation

Once the grading process is completed, the scores of each participant will be compiled to determine the result. The organizing body will ensure accuracy in result calculation and verification.

Result declaration

The results will be declared after 60 days of examination in all regions and communicated to the participants through the exam website, emails, or official notifications.
The scholarship award decisions are final and cannot be contested.

Confidentiality and privacy

The personal information provided by participants during the application process will be handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The scholarship program will use participants' information for the purpose of communication, result declaration, and scholarship administration.
Bano Skolar will take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and privacy of applicants and recipients. However, Bano Skolar cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of personal information.

Disqualification or program changes

The scholarship program reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions or engages in any misconduct.
The scholarship program reserves the right to make changes to the exam format, rules, schedule, or any other aspect of the scholarship program, as deemed necessary.
In the event of program termination, 'Bano Skolar' will not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by applicants or recipients.
'Bano Skolar' will make reasonable efforts to notify applicants and recipients of any significant changes to the program.

Liability and indemnity

The scholarship program and its organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the scholarship exam or related activities.
Participants and their legal guardians agree to indemnify the scholarship program and its organizers against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the exam.

Amendments

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the scholarship program. Participants will be notified of any significant changes through official channels.

Ranking and selection process

The scholarship ranking of the students is an analysis of their scores compared to the scores of other students. The ranking for scholarship exams is determined considering the scores in exam. The scores are converted into ranks. The student is eligible to perceive rank when he/she fits into the ranking criteria. There are amazing prizes for the first 5 rank holders. The ranking is determined by the grading system.
A scholarship committee, comprised of qualified individuals selected by the scholarship program, will review and evaluate all eligible applications.
If two or more students receive the same grade in any of the following categories, the grades assigned to the questions with internal marking ratios will be added together.
If state ranks also qualify for District or Taluka ranks within their respective areas, To avoid double ranking state rank holders who also hold District or Taluka ranks within their own district/taluka will be eligible for only one highest rank . By implementing this restriction, we aim to streamline the ranking process and provide equal opportunities for all deserving candidates.
Finalists may be required to participate in an interview, additional evaluation process, or provide further documentation to support their application.

Rights and responsibilities of recipients

By accepting the scholarship, recipients agree to participate in publicity activities related to the scholarship program, which may include interviews, photographs, or video testimonials. Recipients grant the scholarship program the right to use their name, likeness, and any provided content for promotional purposes.
Recipients must notify the scholarship program of any changes to their enrollment status, contact information, or other relevant details.
Recipients shall adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by 'Bano Skolar' throughout the duration of their participation in the scholarship program.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from the scholarship program will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Applicants and recipients agree to participate in good faith in any dispute resolution processes as required by PHN TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD.
By participating in the PHN TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD Scholarship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the scholarship program and termination of any awarded scholarships. PHN TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD's decision regarding any aspect of the scholarship program shall be final and binding.
